This Privacy Policy explains how ourEurl.com (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use My Expense Mobile App (“My Expense”).

Information we collect

When you sign in, we may receive your name, email address, profile image, and a Google account identifier from Google. When you use the app, you may create expense amounts, dates, categories, notes, and reports. We do not collect payment card details.

How we use information

We use information to provide sign-in, save and display your expenses, synchronize backups to your Google Drive when you request it, provide exports, maintain security, and respond to support messages. We process it to provide the service, with your consent where required, and for our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure and reliable.

Google services and storage

If you choose Google sign-in or Drive backup, Google processes information under its own privacy policy. My Expense requests only the permissions needed for its sign-in and backup features. Expense data is stored in your app storage and, when enabled by you, in your Google Drive. You can revoke access from your Google Account settings.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account information by contacting privacy@oureurl.com. Backups in your Google Drive may need to be deleted by you separately.

Cookies, analytics, and security

This website uses only essential browser storage needed for basic operation and navigation. We do not sell personal information. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

My Expense is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your rights and international transfers

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your information and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise those rights. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.
